Here’s the second of two solos for the song “Swing in Minor,” from my Gypsy Swing and Hot Club Rhythm Complete book/audio sets. This solo uses octaves, a essential guitar technique, throughout. (See below left.) Download the .pdf of the solo below. Links to the posted video solos are also below.

Both solos for “Swing in Minor” are based on the chord progression to “Minor Swing,” a very popular and often-played tune originated by Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli, and the Quintette of the Hot Club of France.
